Due to its proximity to our university's main campus, we recommend our guests stay at OMÜ OMTEL HOTEL and OMÜ GUESTHOUSE, both of which belong to our university.  In addition, there are numerous hotels available in the city of Samsun with various price options. However, it would be advisable for participants to choose hotels located in the Atakum district of Samsun. Below are the detailed accommodation options for your convenience:

1- ONDOKUZ MAYIS UNIVERSITY GUEST HOUSE

Our University Guesthouse provides accommodation services to civil servants in a home-like comfort, away from the crowds and noise of the city, with its unique forest and sea view.

Explanations

1-It is mandatory to present the institutional ID during accommodation. 
2-Accommodation fees are collected in advance upon arrival.

3- In case of departure from the facility during the accommodation period, an additional daily fee will be charged. The remaining balance will be transferred to the person's relevant account within one month at the latest. 4-  

Priority is given to Ondokuz Mayıs University personnel and retirees and their spouses, ascendants and descendants in using the guesthouse.
5- Accommodation fee is not charged for children aged 0-3. A 50% discount is applied for children aged 4-6.
6- A 50% discount is applied for accommodations after the first 10 days for public personnel who come to our university units on temporary duty.
7- For single occupancy in a twin room, 50% more of the bed fee is applied.
8- Breakfast fee and accommodation tax are included in the prices.
9- There is one double bed and one sofa bed in the suite rooms. The fee for these rooms is for a maximum of 3 people.
10- Congresses, symposiums, workshops, panels, etc. to which our university is a party. In case the accommodation expenses to be made within the scope of the organizations are covered by our University budget and within the scope of the quality development studies carried out in our University, 50% discount is applied to the accommodation fees of our University accommodation facilities for the officials coming from accreditation institutions and the audit personnel coming from public institutions and organizations to inspect our University.
11-30% of the accommodation fee is taken in advance for accommodation reservations. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 24 hours, the deposit taken in advance is returned to the relevant person's IBAN account.
