Mode of Presentation

Dear Authors,

When you upload your abstract via Google Form, you will receive feedback confirming that your abstract has been successfully submitted to the conference system. Upon seeing this notification message, your abstract has been successfully submitted. Your submission will be reviewed by the editorial team and you will receive a notification via email upon approval of your application. Once you receive the acceptance email, you can proceed with the registration payment to the account specified in the email details. Please note that Early bird registration will end on the 15th of July, 2024 and email us by attaching the bank receipt after your payment. After your payment you will get another email about your registration completion and an official letter of acceptance that you might use for visa or traveling purposes.

Oral presentation

Oral presentations should not be longer than 10 minutes and 5 minutes will be allowed for questions after the end of the presentation.
When you come to the conference, you can upload your presentation to the computers in the registration desk area, provided that it is at least one hour before the presentation time.
You will be prompted to indicate the language of your presentation (English) during the submission process. The conference program will be structured accordingly. 

Virtual Presentation

Participants can make their oral presentations online. For this, participants must indicate the presentation format through the abstract submission via Google Form tab https://forms.gle/DPjj47LV6dvkd2K48  and the registration fee must be paid according to online presentation fee. The conference will use a specific platform (will be updated) for virtual presentations.
